Jim was sipping his champagne in Susan’s house warming party, when a familiar voice from behind sang: “Jimmy, Jimmy please don’t cry, you’ll forget me by and by.” He turned around :”Johny, long time no see. You are unforgettable, man. How are you?”

Jim :”Yes, it can work that way or any other ways both parties agree upon. Those on top of what you are doing certainly will keep you busy for a while.”
